What's wrong with this picture. He sells drugs, and people choose to take them. If they die, that's on them. Of course it's illegal to sell drugs. But they will try to make a big deal about this. I'm guessing a slap on the hands. Since the prisons are full.

They have a witness this time. Without one previously, it would have been very difficult to convict him of these other crimes.

Is he actually selling drugs or does he have crazy dysfunctional friends? If he’s just got crazy friends then that’s not a crime. He’s an alphabet soup activist and some of them have issues from past abuse. This is a wait and see issue for me . Im not going to scream for his blood until he’s been found guilty

I think that the article gives us information as to why it didn't happen before. Having a witness makes a big difference when you can't prove what you may believe to be true. Maybe now the prosecutor has enough to convict. Let's hope so.

Buck, who is 65, is now facing felony counts of battery causing serious injury, administering methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house.

The most recent overdose took place on Sept. 11. Prosecutors say Buck injected a 37-year-old man with methamphetamine at Buck's apartment on Laurel Avenue in West Hollywood. The man suffered an overdose but survived.

Previously he claimed that the victims had brought the drugs with them and injected themselves. And since they were dead, they couldn't contradict him.
