The only way someone comes to the conclusion you come to is by raising accidental death ABOVE the level of purposeful murder as a societal evil. That's something no one I have ever seen argues.

Typical western thought well if there is something wrong with the system lets not do anything about it lets simply blame as many people as we can and tell them to do there job better create more red tape spend more and more tax payers money on a system that we know not to work in hope that more and more and more oversight and more and more government, which does not and will never work when will we learn, oh I guess we won’t not until people realize that there is a huge need for change, YOU CAN’T just blame someone else and expect the system to work itself out.
