Good morning my dear friends in Christ!

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." - James 1:17

Have you ever given thought as to who gave you your job, or who gave you your money, your car, land, house, etc.? The answer, of course, is God and for all His goodness we should thank Him daily.

At supper one night, seven-year-old Brad asked why his dad thanked God before eating food that had come from the grocery store. The father picked up a roll and asked... #D4Ldevotion #D4L

What a precious conversation between Brad and his dad. The bottom line is that it DOES all come from God, isn't it?

Right now, as we sit inside, with a warm, dry roof over our heads, etc. we can do the same and acknowledge that ALL good things come from God. He is a gracious and a generous Provider and GOOD Shepherd, as He, in essence, leads us to green pastures and still waters. He is sooo soooo GOOD to us. We have MUCH to be thankful for, amen?
