Just make certain the vision is God's vision, according to his Word, and that it is not man's creation, which may or may not line up with God's Word. Too many churches talking about their "visions" these days, but many of these are not of God, but of man (humans), and they are following the teachings of humans, oftentimes, over and above the teachings of Christ. So, when someone in the church says, "This is our vision," check it out against God's Word, and make sure what you are following is of God, and is in line with his will and purposes for your lives and for the life of the church.
