Good morning my dear friends in Christ!

And all the people saw him walking and praising God:” - Acts 3:9

It was a miracle that the lame man was able to walk again. God uses the unusual so others can see His power and glory. This lame man knew why he was able to walk….because of who he was praising. It was his healing that allowed Peter and John to witness to the religious leaders of Jerusalem. It was the lame man’s healing that led to a revival (Acts 4:31).

In a recent number of the "Sunday School Times" a story is told of an Eastern king which illustrates at once our delusion respecting natural processes, and also God's work and presence in them. The king was seated in a garden, and one of his counselors was speaking of... #D4Ldevotion #D4L

What a precious and joyful testimony from this nameless man, who was joyous over not only his healing, but over WHO healed him. In a very real sense, the "joy of the Lord was his strength". It was boundless and poured out and overflowed from him. He was a rejoicing and leaping living and breathing testimony.

The king learned a hard lesson, didn't he?

Thank you for this edifying study and meditation, brother.

God bless you.
