I love Cypress essential oil. I used to use it in my bath in the fall and winter. It helps with connecting with ones pain and very deep trauma. It is very soothing. It is a very lovely oil. It has a beautiful earthy scent. Has anyone tried cypress oil in their bath or mixed with a base oil like grape seed oil on their wrist? Blessings.
