There's no room for waffles in my mug. It's full of Bailey's.

Here's what you do

Make a full sized belgian waffle.
Soak it overnight in Bailey's (choose your flavor)

Then the next day (time of your choosing), squish it into a BIG mug.
Fill the remainder of the mug with more Bailey's.

Stir to an agreeable consistency (tastes may vary)
Drink/slurp/eat (personally, I slurp, for obvious reasons).
Spoon recommended for those who lack tentacles/suction cups/vile insanity-inspiring slurping orifices/etc

It's been changed so that we can either have a character or avatar. You also would have to rebuild your character.

A lot of people are putting their avatar images in their signatures for the time being, so they can re-do a character.

To find the characters, click your user control panel, then click "edit avatar" and then click the Living Avatars link on the next page. All the character items are currently free so people can rebuild their inventories and not have to buy everything over again.
