I'm asking creationists that if they reject evolution as an explanation for the origin of species, to otherwise explain how they were created. In the case of believing that they were created from scratch, I'm asking for that explanation.
I know what you're asking.

But then you change the word to "formed" to make your reply look like it means something.

I fully appreciate you're stuck in science-denial. That's fine; that's not what I'm asking though.

This is a thread for creationists to support their explanation for the origin of species.

I'm asking you to support your idea of origins; namely that organisms were created fully-formed. Explain that process.

If you're going to continue to deflect and shift the burden-of-proof, then just exit the thread. There's no point in discussing things further if you don't have anything to bring to the table.

Oh no, the science agrees with me, not your claims....

Formed, created, originated, whatever.

I'm not playing an semantics game here. I just want creationists to explain how species originated if not via evolution.

Um ... I beg pardon?

Which came first?

I'm under the impression evolution is trying to replace creation.

More deflection. There is no point to you posting in this thread. Kindly exit, please.

Here, let me reppost what you felt necessary to cut from my post for some reason.....

(except for all the others)

You made the claim yours was well supported, I have never made that claim..... Unlike evolutionists creationists admit we don't understand how God did it, and don't try to make up terrible theories that don't fit data....

Evolution doesn't replace 'creation' so much as it provides an explanation for the origin of species. It replaces the idea that fully-formed species appear spontaneously. The latter of which had been explored but ultimately falsified (see the work of Louis Pasteur for example).

To the best of my knowledge, there has never been an equivalent explanation for the appearance of species fully-formed. At least not insofar as identifying specific mechanisms and processes by which that occurs.

Because you're merely trying to deflect and drag this thread off topic. This thread is not to discuss current origin-of-life research. This thread is for creationists to present their explanation for the origin of species.

If all you can do is deflect and try to drag the thread off-topic, then it reveals that you don't have anything to contribute. You may leave the thread.

Do you find my request confusing? Is there something you don't understand about what I am asking for in this thread?

. Life on this planet evolved from chemicals. I always thought that the big miracle was the fact that we are able to even think of a god concept
Evolution evolved a people of faith in the unseen Father.

I find your request too demanding.

Why you're not accepting such terms as "vital energy."

I realize it's not on academia's approved list of terms, but that's because academia is myopic.

You want us to explain how God performed a miracle within the bounds of acceptable scientific jargon.

And science can take a hike; and take its incomplete list with it.

Tough.

Okay. Explain what "vital energy" is and how it works. How does it relate to the creation of fully formed species?

Give me some details to work with here.

You want us to explain how God performed a miracle within the bounds of acceptable scientific jargon.

I want you to explain it at something higher than a preschool level. Because that is where we are currently stuck at in this thread.

. Well it’s because mammals have much larger brains than they need . A large brain is able to reason . An extremely large brain can deal with concepts that don’t involve survival . Dogs understand language even though they can’t speak . Whales actually have individuals name just like people do and they call each other by those names . I think it’s even more miraculous that we understand that animals can think.

No, evolution evolved people of no faith...... in any Father..... Except that "missing" common ancestor that remains unseen..... Now that unseen Father is believed in with the utmost faith......

The lack of concern is puzzling. Creationists are the ones' who continually argue against biological evolution as an explanation for the origin of species, but you clearly have nothing to replace it with.

Doesn't that concern you?

Nope.

The problem is that you guys don't seem to want to know. "Goddidit" seems like the end of the road for creationism.

And that's what perplexes me. Even a single paper on evolution or abiogenesis provides more explanatory power than anything creationists have brought forth in this thread.

And there are millions of papers on evolution and origin-of-life research...
