If things are out of control you could always ask the mods to shut it down. That's what he would do.

Or we could just bask in the glory of the progress we have made in teaching real science. Isn't it grand? (Unfortunately this is where I thought we were 40 years ago, until I discovered how regressive my countryman are.)

Who needs the mods?

I was contemplating wading in with a horsewhip to sort out all you recalcitrants and drive you back to the topic.

Instead I was sidetracked by AV's collection of proverbs, truisms, platitudes and deflections. Irrelevance is AV's speciality and he does it well. Who else could work Pluto into any thread topic?
