What's left after you pull the plug is this:

1. Time divided into BC and AD.
2. Organizations such as the Red Cross and Salvation Army.
3. Hospitals built by Christian organizations.
4. Beautiful Christian artwork, edifices, statuary and literature.
5. IN GOD WE TRUST on our coins and UNDER GOD in our pledge of allegiance.
6. The Ten Commandments and other literature displayed in public.
7. Christmas & Easter
8. Symbols on bumper stickers and flags.
9. Public debates in the name of Christianity.
10. Crosses and billboards erected to testify of Jesus Christ.
Remarkable. You have proved that Christianity is a popular religion. But Muslims divide time into BH and AH, and Jews don't divide it at all. Then there is the Magen David Adom and the Red Crescent. They all build hospitals and create artwork, edifices, statuary and literature. They venerate the Ten Commandments and celebrate religious holidays, and on and on. Yet you don't take any of that to be proof of their religions.

Yup, lots of evidence of belief in baby, no evidence of baby.

We might also draw attention to all the mighty works and influences of believers in other religions, ancient and modern, also with no evidence whatsoever of the supposed object(s) of their belief. It's not surprising that the believers of each the thousands of different religions throughout history thought theirs was 'The One' - and it's as true today as ever.

I take those to be more evidence for God, since I take those to be evidence of religions started by fallen angels.

JEHOVAH is God.

Allah is a fallen angel.

Moroni is a fallen angel.

Et & c.

Like the teaching of creationism in schools, this is just another attempt to divide from the dominionists.
IN GOD WE TRUST is the motto of the United States of America.

Well with so much evidence around, why do atheists exist?

IN GOD WE TRUST is the motto of the United States of America.

How does that unite? My comment was about these changes ("in god we trust" and "under god") being non-uniting and breaking slogans or phases that united us symbolically.

The old (and more uniting) motto was "E pluribus unum" (one from many) and was symbolic of the uniting of the states together into one nation. (It can also be seen as uniting peoples of different ethnicity into one nation, or even different religions.)

Before the interjecting the "under god" phrase, that part of the pledge read "one nation indivisible" which is better policy and better writing. Another note of national unity interrupted by a sectarian god.

Far from showing your god is real, these changes to our national symbols only show that the followers of your god are politically powerful.

Allah is a fallen angel.

Allah is just the Arabic word for "god", just like "gott" is the German word.

For Arabic speaking Christians the Trinity is:

Allāh al-ab
Allāh al-ibn
Allāh ar-rūḥ al-quds

are these fallen angels too?

Merry Christmas, Hans.

And for the record it's AD 2020.

It's 2020 CE where I live and Christmas is 3 months away. I really hate it when Christmas creeps forward before Thanksgiving.

(I'm not part of a "war" on Christmas, but I do support a "containment policy".)

So?

What did Lucifer say to himself?

Isaiah 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

I never knew that. But I'll take your word for it, since it furthers my point.

Surely you don't think I'm going to say NO, do you?

I'd like to think you understand my train of thought now, and can know how I'm going to answer a question before you even ask it.

Uh-huh ... and I'm Genghis Khan.

But if it's true, and you're not pulling my leg, does the "common era" exist?

If so, is 2020 CE evidence of it?

Which comes first? the object ... or its label?

So do I.

But I'm sure you know why I said that.

And for the record, Halloween before Thanksgiving.

What do you think I think Halloween attests to? pumpkins?

Well stated.

Then why did he (as Muslims believe) give us Jesus, who (as Muslims also believe) will come again in glory to judge both the quick and the dead? Why do Muslims revere the Hebrew scriptures together with the Synoptic Gospels as their "Old Testament?"

In a way, as fruits of a late fall harvest. Halloween is the modern celebration of the ancient Celtic harvest festival Samhain, a day when the boundary between the natural and the supernatural was opened and spirits could more easily enter the world. It was lightly Christianized by early missionaries because they were never able to eradicate it.

Their Jesus is not our Jesus.

You mean like, why do they say Abraham [almost] sacrificed Ishmael ... not Isaac?

Because that's what their copy of the text says.
What point are you making?

God inspired the Bible.

Allah inspired the Koran.

It only furthers the point I'm making.

Samhain. The festival is quite ancient. The concept of fallen angels derives from the Book of Enoch, which dates only from the third century BC.
