The New Covenant brought by Jesus is about rich Holy Spirit experience and the liberty of believers, yes?

Here are a lot of related questions in my mind, which I can't get to the bottom of:

1. If a church club has its own "covenant", does that take this to the "next level"? Those I heard of, who seemed to be like this, couldn't explain it well, IMO.

2. Is baptism a vow? And is this different from an oath?

3. What is an oath (outside of simple constitutional ones) and what happens if one wants to break it? Do not intense and unnecessary oaths (in fraternities for example) distort the personality, making a person unsuitable for responsibility-bearing?

I'd value insights and observations from a wide range of traditions / "communions" / churchmanship please.

The New Covenant was from the foundation of the World.
It is a bettare not er Covenant because we are not under the works and curse of the law.
We have the indewelling of God with us through the Holy Spirit who is God.
Baptism in water is a outward profession of Christ,it is symbolic of the death burial and resurrection of Christ.
Churches have doctrines in how they believe.
A doctrine is simply a system of interpretation of Gods Word.
