Well, Hydroxychloroquine works, we have those from the medical field who gave us the heads up and told us what was working from the reports they were seeing before the pandemic hit, and allowed us to prepare.

I have been doing research looking for naturally occurring ionophores like hydroxychloroquine. There are several but the one I settled on is quercetin. As it is an ionophore with a similar molecular structure, it may very well act as a transport for zinc through the cell wall like hydroxychloroquine does.

Quercetin is known to help the immune system and helps fight off viral infections so if it does act as a transport for zinc it will be a great help to take it as prophylactic defense.

I've been taking one 500 mg quercetin and one 99 mg zinc each day. We basically do not have any coronavirus where I live as there hasn't been a case in this town for at least a couple of months so i don't know for sure if it is working or not, but I'm going ot trust it.

Wow. You must believe you're the most impressive person on earth. All you think you need to do is create a one word answer and that is sufficient to debunk anything you've said.. There are a ton of articles available on the effects of isolation on our immune systems along with the loneliness that isolation brings on.

If you want to be believed you're going to have to post evidence that isolation does not lower your immune system. Your assertion alone is lacking any kind of evidence. In other words it's a baseless assertion.

Those links I gave you covered a whole lot more ground than how kids build their immune systems, even though that is relevant to how our adult immune systems worlk. They also covered living in a sterile environment, living in a too clean environment--not sterile just too clean--plus how our physical environment affects our immune systems more that our genetics do. So don't go pretending you've given any kind of evidence based answer to what I posted. You haven't.

There are hundreds of studies on our immune systems and the evidence that isolation and too much sterilization of our environment hurts us is extremely strong.
