  4. There have been some changes in the Life Stages section involving the following forums: Roaring 20s, Terrific Thirties, Fabulous Forties, and Golden Eagles. They are changed to Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Golden Eagles will have a slight change.
  5. CF Staff, Angels and Ambassadors; ask that you join us in praying for the world in this difficult time, asking our Holy Father to stop the spread of the virus, and for healing of all affected.
  6. We are no longer allowing posts or threads that deny the existence of Covid-19. Members have lost loved ones to this virus and are grieving. As a Christian site, we do not need to add to the pain of the loss by allowing posts that deny the existence of the virus that killed their loved one. Future post denying the Covid-19 existence, calling it a hoax, will be addressed via the warning system.
  7. There has been an addition to the announcement regarding unacceptable nick names. The phrase "Let's go Brandon" actually stands for a profanity and will be seen as a violation of the profanity rule in the future.

Amplified Bible: The Scroll with Seven Seals

    Revelation 5:

1 I saw in the right hand of Him who was seated on the throne a scroll written on the inside and on the back, closed and sealed with seven seals.

2 And I saw a strong angel announcing with a loud voice, “Who is worthy [having the authority and virtue] to open the scroll and to [a]break its seals?”

3 And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth [in Hades, the realm of the dead] was able to open the scroll or look into it.

4 And I began to weep greatly because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or look into it.

5 Then one of the [twenty-four] elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look closely, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome and conquered! He can open the scroll and [break] its seven seals.”

6 And there between the throne (with the four living creatures) and among the elders I saw a Lamb (Christ) standing, [bearing scars and wounds] as though it had been slain, with seven horns (complete power) and with seven eyes (complete knowledge), which are [c]the seven Spirits of God who have been sent [on duty] into all the earth.

(MY NOTE: Between the throne & the elders John saw a Lamb/Christ standing. The same Sinless Christ/Lamb that hung between heaven & earth paying/buying mankinds redemption)

7 And He came and [d]took the scroll from the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.

8 And when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb (Christ), each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of fragrant incense, which are the prayers of the saints (God’s people).

9 And they sang a new song [of glorious redemption], saying, “Worthy and deserving are You to take the scroll and to break its seals; for You were slain (sacrificed), and with Your blood You purchased people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.

(MY NOTE: Vs 8 The saints/Gods redeemed people are here & Vs 9 singing praises to Jesus)

10 “You have made them to be a kingdom [of royal subjects] and priests to our God; and they will reign on the earth.”

(MY NOTE: Vs 10 above & the 2 below proclaim the saints/bride will reign with our Great God & Savior)

    Rev 11:
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

(MY NOTE: The KING OF KINGS is coronated/Crowned! And the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord. He shall reign for ever and ever..

2nd Coming of Christ the Conqueror

Rev 19:11 - 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

(MY NOTE: BTW; When the Jesus returns as King of kings & Lord of lords. The saints/bride that were at His coronation in the heaven are with him:

Zec 14:5 On that day His feet will stand on Mt Olive. The Mt will split in 2 from east to west. Then the Lord your God will come, & """all the saints with Him"""

Jude 14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, """the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints"""

1 Thes 3:13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, """at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints""". Amen

    Matthew 25:31

And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you,
That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration

Vine's Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words: Elder, Eldest

    [ A-1,Adjective,G4245, presbuteros ]

    (4) the twenty-four "elders" enthroned in heaven around the throne of God, Revelation 4:4, Revelation 4:10; Revelation 5:5-Revelation 5:14; Revelation 7:11, Revelation 7:13; Revelation 11:16; Revelation 14:3; Revelation 19:4. The number twenty-four is representative of earthly conditions. The word "elder" is nowhere applied to angels. See OLD.

Seemingly the Vines translators agree the 24 elders mentioned singing in MY NOTES represent earthly redeemed.

    Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
(MY NOTE: THEY out of every kindred, tongue, people & nation WERE redeemed & singing)

To the comment made in post 2 regarding when the King is crowned, we disagree. No harm no foul.

Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

I read this & say it's here in verse 15 that the King is Crowned!

Vs 15 7th angel blows his trump:
& the kingdoms of this world """become the kingdoms of our Lord""".

This doesn't happen before this trump. Having said that, within our realm, from this point forward, He is forever King of kings & Lord of Lords. JJ

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord:

That verse does say [when] He takes over His Kingdom.
The question is if he is Crowned in Heaven before,
or crowned on earth after his return.

Luke 22:29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom,
    as my Father hath appointed unto me;

The Father appoints the Kingdom to Jesus Christ.
The Father is in Heaven, on His Throne over the universe.

Would The Father then be the one to Crown our Christ?
The Father stays in Heaven, and does not come down to
earth until after the mill reign is over.

I think The Parable in (Luke 19:11-27) applies.

11And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable,
because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought
that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

12He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country
to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.
    -

When He returns as King of Kings...., with crowns,
With his army, He already has his vesture and crowns on.

Here Jesus is pictured in heaven with crowns, as he rides out.

    11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse;
and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True,
and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were
many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew,
    but he himself.

14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon
white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

    Revelation 19:16 (KJV)
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written,
KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
    -

I still believe God The Father [crowns] Christ in Heaven.
No harm no foul. But Glad we both agree that He will
reign on this earth in all his splendent glory.

I would like to reply more on this, and more about what happens
just after his return, and still the elders subject as time allows.

Matt22:44 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

Jesus has no crown when He leaves earth & goes to heaven. Jesus sits down at the Fathers right hand UNTIL.

Rev 5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

Jesus is given the book Vs 7 (still has no crown). His enemies are still in control of our realm.

He begins opening the seals: Rev 6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

From here we see seal & trumpet judgments being invoked until this verse:

Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Angel blows the 7th trump. And the kingdoms of this world """become the kingdoms of our Lord""". My position is it's here Jesus is crowned King of kings & Lord of Lords.

There are still vials of judgment left to be poured out before we see Him leave heaven & return to earth wearing His crown.

    Agree

Revelation 19 pictures many crowns on
as he sets out from heaven

    I would say the Father.

    The Father sent: the Christ/Son/Lamb.

Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him

Who is on the Throne in Rev 5:1? Who's hand does the Lamb take the book from Rev 5:7? Who does Jesus pray to & proclaim is greater then the Son? Cor 11:3 says God is the head of Christ

Luke 10:22 All things are delivered to me of my Father:

Luke 22:29 I appoint unto you a kingdom, as ""my Father hath appointed unto me""
