Throughout my life I have tried various recipes for the same traditional foods....i.e. homemade chocolate chip cookies.
The one I keep going back to is Betty Crocker's Cookbook, especially when it comes to baking.
The main reason is because her recipes are so easy to follow, always seems to come out right, and the flavor is very rewarding.
I just wanted share my thoughts on the matter....I still try other's recipes but they don't add up to Ms. Betty.
