These are random folks responding to a pubic Facebook post (which I won't link to because of profanity. If you doubt this is real, PM me and I'll direct you to it. I do not claim this is representative of any policies promoted by Republican or other conservative politician, but it is instead a view of the vox populi among Conservatives when it comes to the Honduran caravan.

>> THis is disgusting and all planned right before mid-terms
>> Hired invasion
>> Lets stand on the border armed if they come at we shoot !
>> Info wars said there is hardly anything about this on main stream news. Is this caravan still continuing north?
>> Soros is behind this
>> So Mexico is cooperating with the Democrat party. Now they’ll face the Republican President of the United States!!
>> Start shooting them if they try to set foot in the United States
>> George Soros DNC, Clinton Foundation! Made this all possible...
>> C4
>> Only on foot for videos. I’m told they were trucked most of the way

Those are called keyboard warriors. There's just as many left-leaning keyboard warriors as there are right. The difference is that you won't find the opinions of right-leaning KWs in congress.

Jesus would also say, go and sin no more. Stop breaking laws... you know like entering a country illegally.

Would Jesus also say that following the letter of the law is more important than people?

These people (not directed at Andrew77 specifically; I'm speaking generally) call themselves "conservative" for convenience. There's not very much "conservative" about them these days.

1) asking for asylum isn't illegal. 2) We can at least agree that the people calling for these people to be murdered are out of line right?

No! It's Keyboard Warriors letting of steam! They aren't really calling for the mass murder of refugees.

Sadly we have a keyboard warrior in charge of the Whitehouse.

None of the responses from those conservatives surprise me in the least. I've heard it said that Jesus would even be shunned and turned away if He dared try to come into America as a refugee.

Where did you get the idea they were conservative? You know each poster individually, and know they all are conservatives?

Where did you get the idea these people trying to enter the US illegally are refugees? You know the background of each person trying to enter a country illegally, and know they are all refugees?

Jesus would not try to enter a country illegally. If he did try to enter the US, he would do so legally, and we would welcome him.
