When you ask istcenturylady or LGW whether they believe the Corinthian church, which Paul called the church of God committed sin, you get no response. Why? Because they can only see the partial letter of scripture, not the true message contained in the letter. Very sad in truth

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has led many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

In the Corinthian church there was carnality, worldliness, factions, jealousy, quarrelling, drunkenness.

It was a schoolmaster, not useless

The law brings one to understand they need help because they can't keep the law. If they seek that help they discover Jesus is their only hope. Upon finding (really before) and accepting that help the law has no value or purpose. Some here say were trying to promote that one can then be as wicked as they want. Really? Isn't being wicked what one wants to be delivered from? Why on earth would they want to go back to being wicked? The law is an utter failure in regulating the soul and the body.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ has freed me from the law of SIN and death.

Explain what the law of sin and death is or rather are.

1 John 3:5-9 5 And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. 6 Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.

This isn't talking about the body of flesh which isn't subject to the law of God (Romans 6-8).

7 Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. 8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. 9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.

Verses 7-9 above aren't about practicing the national law given to Israel.

Why do you think that the purpose of God's LAW is for righteous behaviour or who is saying that it is for righteouss behaviour?
