How quickly can the courts dismiss this one? The SC decision was based on the CCRC's animus towards Phillips, so this should be an easy win for him. They're just doing it again.
No. This one will be a bit harder. Presumably the attackers will try much harder to avoid any evidence of animus this time. And if there is too much evidence of animus this time for the Supreme Court to let the ruling stand, they will try again and again and again and again until they nail that poor slob to the wall.

"Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name." - Rev 13:16-17

"mark. By saying, 'on his forehead, or on his hand,' he shews that the devil marks some by an unholy profession [publicly declared belief], but others by practice alone." - St Bede
