Helps me like when I am moody cranky and even headaches, and when I am down I think that as long as moderation is kept in check, all should be okay to have chocolate every once in a while

Yeah, it's amazingly hard to make it through a day without chocolate isn't it!?!So far no chocolate today, but then again it is only lunch time.
