Assording to John Bolton, this President asked China's leader to help him get re-elected in 2020 so it serves little purpose to conbat the Chinese "penetrat(ing) America's educational system" while Trump is issuing standing invitations for one or more foreign powers to interfere in the nation's political affairs!

Conservatives can disniss Bolton's assertions, but he didn't appoint himself to the position of National Security Adviser - evetnually one is forced to conlude that this Administration's failure to recruit and retain the "best people" can be traced to one common denominator, the Commander-in-Chief himself!
