Funny thing about that part of the story is, depending on who is telling it, the "child trafficker" is a saint or an evil doer. She's a Christian who was a part of a Baptist missionary to help children in Haiti, which is one of the most dangerous & poor countries in the world. After the earthquake the missionaries transported kids they thought had been orphaned to the Dominican Republic border to house them in a hotel they turned into an orphanage. Turned out, lots of the kids were not orphans & had families who were searching for them.

I'm a Baptist, and first heard about this in church, before there was any mention of Hillary Clinton. Some folks actually saw it as this Christian being persecuted for doing the Lord's work. Then as soon as it was found out that Hillary had helped the Christian missionaries, well lickety split, all mention of the fact that that's what they were got muted.

Fantastic to hear that we can "like, respect & even more" others with different views.

Ipso facto, they could like & respect us, too! We could all just get along, after all!

So the "Lord of Deception" actually respects & likes people on planet Earth?

Feel the tolerance, respect, kindness & love!

Who knew? Here I thought "deception = war" (Sun Tzu) and that a "war of deception" was being waged to subdue the human species...

Seems silly to stack the deck in your opponents favor.
How many "Gods in heaven" do you say there are?

According to Zoroastrianism, there is an "Ahura Mazda" vs. "Angra Mainyu".

But have not Abrahamic Religions been espousing Mono-Theism for around 4000 years ?

Some "vessels of wrath made for destruction" (Rom 9:22) are sent "deluding influences" (2 Thess 2:9). But there is allegedly only One True God in heaven constantly causing everything to be the way it all is & becomes.

Considering Mono-theism has been the mantra -- backed by "Divinely triggered volcanic eruptions", "triggered earthquakes", "evoked typhoons", amongst many other miracles effected upon planet Earth -- for thousands of years, worldwide... then if Mono-Theism turns out to be the case, no humans will have any grounds, for acting surprised.

no?

Mono-theism suggests one God. We seem to talking about stereo-theism. One God in heaven one in hell.

Theoretically, there could be any number of "Gods in heaven". Historically, every human tribe has perceived themselves to be "special" in relation to Deity. (Such claims, although perhaps logically incompatible, are nevertheless identical from group to essentially identical human group.)

Mono-theism would imply that all genuine human "Religious experience" (fakery & imitation aside) of communicating with Deity actually derives from a single heavenly source (capable of being all things to all people, the 'consummate politician' so to speak, to paraphrase the Apostle Paul).
