Appeance: Short, messy light brown hair which is usually pinned up, pale skin, brown eyes. She sometimes wears thick black-rimmed glasses, but that's usually when she's thinking hard or has to read something up close. (She's far-sighted) She's not really tall or skinny, but she appears... healthy, with the exception of her skin tone. She usually wears a turtle-neck of various colors(mood coordinated) with a khaki trench coat and muted brown pants.
Personality: She isn't much of a talker, although she has a bad habit of mumbling to herself. Every word she says is measured and usually of use to her at some point in time. She isn't shy, and even comes off as unintelligent to all who watch her at work. She loves to work and be alone.
Favorite food/color: Crisp potato chips, favorite color is auburn.
History: As a little girl, Charlotte was captivated by murder mysteries. She went around making up her own mysteries to solve, and actually became quite the boy who cried Wolf. She kept reporting odd things going on so often that when she saw an older man get kidnapped, no one believed her(including and especially her parents). At the age of 14, she solved the kidnapping case almost completely alone. She continued to work cases(although most were not of importance) and learn more about detective investigations. After college, she became a private eye, working freelance for the FBI.
The way she taught herself to investigate is rather strange, odd, nonsensical, and unorthodox. But it works.
