Central Valley of California need help!

Hello, I am trying to connect with anybody who is located in or near central valley California or southern California. If you have ever heard of Kettleman City, then you may know it is a very small, rural farming town that has been very polluted and does not have clean water. I will have to go into detail later, but they are experiencing tragedy do to this pollution and I have this very strong feeling that I need to gather a group there and pray and fast for Kettleman City, on their soil. I am in search of anyone in that area who is a pastor/minister or even just a believer in Christ who is available to lead a group of people into a full day of prayer and fasting. Please let me know if anybody is open to this, thank you.
