The Orthodox Church would generally recognise the form of the Catholic baptism (Trinitarian), however if a former Catholic was received into the Orthodox Church, they would normally be received through Chrismated. According to the strict definition on the canons they could be required to be baptised in the Orthodox Church but Chrismation is usually the case.
If you want a more complete answer, I suggest you ask in The Ancient Way - Eastern Orthodox
