I just stumbled on this concoction tonight. Maybe it is old news to others.
  • Fill a coffee cup about a third full of carbonated water.
  • Heat it in the microwave
  • Add a spoonful of instant coffee after heating
Fwishhhhhh!!!! It foamed up instantly to about twice the volume (like something in a mad scientist's laboratory - LOL). It has a nice taste too.

Sounds disgusting but, if you drink instant coffee, you obviously lost your tastebuds long ago. ^_^

That doesn't sound too good, but neither did Vietnamese egg coffee but I love it, I make the Keto version of it but I never thought to make coffee with a thick eggy foam atop it.

Might just TRY that for kicks just to see

I have to admit I'm curious now though. Who knows? May try it.

I recently found a Milk Tea Coffee Drink that's popular in Asian countries that I want to try. It makes sense I'd like it since I only drink lattes I make (not straight coffee) and love hot tea as well.

"Coffee Milk Tea, called Yuen Yang (Ying Yang) in Chinese, is simply what it sounds like: coffee, milk, and tea."

This other link uses green tea hot instead and different measurements with 6 tsp can sugar added in - Coffee Milk Tea
