Cannot place member on ignore list

Whenever I try to add one particular member to my ignore list it tells me every time that the user was not found in the database. This happens even if I try to add them to the ignore list via the dropdown menu from their username in a post.

I have previously had them on the ignore list but they have changed their name a number of times lately, including while they were on the ignore list, perhaps that is affecting the ability to add them to the list?

Does anyone monitor the bug forum? Twelve days and not even a "thanks for bringing that to our attention" or "Here's a way to work around that problem" or even "we're aware of the bug already".

Could I get a comment please? It is beginning to be very frustrating not to be able to place this person on the ignore list.

Hope you do get some sort of response soon, but I guess we will all have to wait till we move to the new server.

Didn't know there was a server move going on. I've gotten so out of the loop of the inner-goings-ons here lately lol. Thx for the info on that at least.

I am sorry! I thought I had responded. With all the bugs going on, we really just have to wait because nothing is being fixed at this current moment.
