Fault indicates error.

I'm familiar with the Westminster Confession and agree with it, but when someone arrives in hell, it is on God's authority and by His sovereign will, but there is no error.

A man going to Hell is a terrible error.

Whose fault is it when a man goes to Hell?

According to Calvinists, the fault is entirely God's, because only he could have taken action to save this man.

That's not what the bible teaches, however.

The bible teaches that God wants all men to be saved, but that some men are unwilling to cooperate with God's grace.

So when a man goes to Hell, according to your man made dogma, it is due ONLY TO GOD's WILL.

You didn't answer "was it for our sins"part.

Civil, if a man repents for the remission of sins, and remission being the forgiveness of sins and pardon of the penalty of sins, why does anyone have to die for sins remitted?

On the other hand, if Christ died for our sins, then why did He say to proclaim to the world repentance for the remission of sins after His death?

Exodus 12:14
And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the Lord throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.

The passover is to be a memorial for ever. Notice it is a feast to the Lord. What is associated with Jesus' death? Is it not a supper?

Luke 22:19
And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, this is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

We keep this memorial, or remembrance when we partake of His body, indicating the Passover Lamb. We also have Jesus saying the following -

John 6
51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, how can this man give us his flesh to eat?
53 Then Jesus said unto them, verily, verily, I say unto you, except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

Here we are given the truth concerning His flesh and blood. A man MUST eat His flesh and drink His blood to have eternal life and be raised up at the last day. There is something we must do to have eternal life. The key to these verses is understanding what eating His flesh and drinking His blood mean. Once a man is enlightened with this truth, then the significance of the Passover Lamb is opened unto him.

Anything according to His pleasure. You need to give God some credit.

What does the bible tell us?

Romans 2
6He will render to each one according to his works: 7to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life;

Acts 10
34Opening his mouth, Peter said: "I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality,35but in every nation the man who fears Him and does what is right is welcome to Him.

Colossians 3:25
Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for their wrongs, and there is no favoritism.

You are understanding election (according to Calvinism) wrong.

Election puts nobody in hell. Instead, hell is the default destination of everyone, due to the fall and our sin.

Election's only job is to rescue men who would go to hell otherwise.

In other words, without election, nobody would be saved.

Election is not God choosing person A for heaven and person B for hell. Instead, both persons A and B are headed to hell already, and election is God deciding to have mercy on person A but let person B receive the just penalty for his sins.

The only way you can be upset at this notion is if you don't believe person B deserves hell, but such a disagreement is a different conversation altogether.

The flesh, the natural mind, does not like that God chooses to save some while leaving others to die in their sins in unbelief.

Scripture gives us a record of how God establishes us in a relationship to Him, Abraham is a good example. And Paul models our faith as believers in Christ by teaching how Abraham was chosen and called of God, as we are in like manner become promised children of Abraham, who are children of God.

Galatians 4
27 For it is written:

“Rejoice, O barren,
You who do not bear!
Break forth and shout,
You who are not in labor!
For the desolate has many more children
Than she who has a husband.”

28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise.
29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.”31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free.

Being a child of God's promise means that we are a miraculous birth, born according to the Spirit, as Isaac was, being born of God according to His promise that His elect shall be saved and inherit the promises of God and none else will.

The Song of Mary,
note v 55
55 As He spoke to our fathers,
To Abraham and to his seed forever.”

46 And Mary said:

“My soul magnifies the Lord,
47 And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.
48 For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant;
For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed.
49 For He who is mighty has done great things for me,
And holy is His name.
50 And His mercy is on those who fear Him
From generation to generation.
51 He has shown strength with His arm;
He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
52 He has put down the mighty from their thrones,
And exalted the lowly.
53 He has filled the hungry with good things,
And the rich He has sent away empty.
54 He has helped His servant Israel,
In remembrance of His mercy,
55 As He spoke to our fathers,
To Abraham and to his seed forever.”
