C-Section Recovery/CPS updte

Thank you for continuingin prayer for my son and I. I hope that everyone knows that I do pray for all CF members and I know that God is a faithful and loving God.

Please agree with me in prayer for my c section inscision to heal properly and speedily in the name of Jesus. I thank the Lord that I will not have any complications.

Well, a CPS (Child protective services) came by my home Friday. I misunderstood her when she spoke to me in the hospital. I was depressed and upset when I first found out I was pregnant. Now that he is here, she doesn't want me to go through what I did in the past, and do anything to harm myself or the baby (eventhough she knows I wouldn't do anything like that), so she is wanting to help me, and she wants me to stay away from people who are bad influences and etc (including the father, he is not allowed to see the baby unsupervised). So it still seems bad that CPS is involved but it is really a blessing in disguise for me. I have so much more support. I am so glad that she made me leave my home to come to my brothers, because I wouldn't be able to do this by myself (the recovery).

I am so blessed and so is my son. He is my heart and I enjoy taking care of him. It scares me because everyone warned me about baby blues or PPD (post partum depression), but I know God gave me my son to brighten my days.

The CPS worker told me that if I need ANYTHING they will help me. They want to help me get everything I need to take better care of my son.
