Those are border patrol figures reported by real border patrol agents. That's how they got them. No point in denying the reality.

That's the real issue, isn't it? If he's such a knowledgeable guy, how is it he didn't even know that the numbers have been falling for decades, and the current numbers are a fraction of what they once were? Would you like see some more data?

Notice the source. Here's the issue; if you consider the numbers per day during the Trump surge in apprehensions, and that surge continued, it would have gone back to those higher levels in the Bush years. But the surges never last. Your guy is playing games with the numbers.

And the nature of illegal immigration is changing. More and more, the illegal immigration is from people (largely asian) coming here legally and overstaying. And of course, the surge is mostly children being sent here by desperate parents in Central America.

Actually, I was showing you numbers from decades ago, which are much,much higher than current numbers. Remember your claim?

When you say "in any year", you put every year on the table. I'm just showing you how foolish that claim is.

Even if the highest recent surge continues every month this year (and surges like this never have), the number would be about 1.1 million for the year. The record is 1.6 million for a year.

I think Biden's idea, to implement those actions that Obama did to reduce the surge is a better way. Good thing he's president.

Nope. Doing vetting in the home country, helping those nations control disorder there, and persuading other nations to accept some of the refugees worked better. Trump liked cages instead, but as you see now, that didn't work.
