I made this last night with a few changes:

Bolognese Sauce Recipe

I sweated the carrots and celery with the onions after a head start. Used red wine instead of white to deglaze the pan I used to sweat the vegetables. I had a fifteen ounce can of tomato sauce and did not feel like saving half a can. And then, most important of all added a half of cup of heavy cream at the end.

Best Bolognese sauce that I have ever made.
