I don't know it seems very like a faith based religion to me. Not the idea that black lives matter but the organizational structure and its manifesto.

An ideology is not a religion, it has been pointed out that the founding principles are marxist which is godless is nature.

I do not share your belief that a religion needs to include a god that is an individual being. From my perspective if one worships an idea that idea is one's god. If that idea has no basis in physical reality it is a faith based religion. the god of Marxism is the mythical Collective.

it is such a tragedy that with humans and movements, they tend to be co-opted by psychopaths and other evil persons for their own advantage. we might seem innocent until we are tempted. why is it that so many "leaders" are so corrupt or inferior? this makes me all the more appreciate a truly good leader.

I get that is a socialist value but America needs to be a little more felixible with their labels. The following countries have universal health care

My point. Canada certainly isn't... but due to compromise (with a man who was a preacher politician no less) a wonderful healthcare system was developed that rid us of insurance parasites. The US could do the same were it not for defensive attitudes over greedy systems that benefit a few and not the masses.
