All the blessings of God come by grace, as we are obedient to follow where He leads we get the blessings.

Blessings come from correctly following the laws of God.

"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:"

False dichotomy. God is not withholding His blessings until we can jump through the right hoops, but rather He eagerly desires to bless us, but we need to be a people that He can bless. God has given instructions for how to be such a people and God is gracious to us by teaching us to obey those instructions, which involves teaching us to do what is good.

Psalms 119:1-8 Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord! 2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, 3 who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways! 4 You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently. 5 Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping your statutes! 6 Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all your commandments. 7 I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous rules. 8 I will keep your statutes; do not utterly forsake me!

Psalms 119:29 Put false ways far from me and graciously teach me your law!

    Good belief.
Who does GOD SAY is in HIS FAVOR over 200 times in the Bible ?

hint: not most of the world
hint: not those who are lawless
hint: not those who think they deserve it

By grace He gives favor/power to walk the paths He would have us walk. And that is where the blessings are.
The paths of the LORD drop fatness.
    All His ways are pleasant.
Jesus said "I am the Way"
There is a way that seems right to a man, but the end thereof is death.

No. Grace does not cover the sin of unbelief, lack of trust, lack of faith.

i've seen impious people having the blessings of god nonetheless, or those are the blessings of the devil?

    Both.
From Yahweh when He chooses, If He Chooses, SINCE HIS WORD SAYS: He sends the rain and the sunshine (needs for life) on BOTH the WICKED AND the RIGHTEOUS.

From the devil, as FREQUENTLY appears to happen, even in 'churches' worldwide,
for deception, to gain and to keep souls, to market souls like chattel.

I'm afraid it does. The only unforgivable sin is Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
Even ignorance of God is forgivable.
