If you want to help other people in poor countries, immigration is not the way.

Here is some cold hard fact, explained using gumballs.

Here is a point - the people we take as immigrants, at our/your expense and resources, are NOT the desperately poor, but in fact the people who could make a difference....where they live.

If you think this is humanitarian then your about as inverted as you can get. And doing a huge disservice to yourselves and others.

God bless, enjoy the video.

There may be merit to his proposal, but enacting such into law would doom the GOP to a minority party status even sooner than the current trend already suggests. It would certainly tip AZ into the Dem column and place TX and FL into jeopardy as well.

No and watch the gumball video to find out why.
Ok I stopped after he said “some people say that mass immigration into the United States can help reduce world poverty, but that’s not true.”

Who says that?!

So is this whole video based on that straw man?

Would Muslim dominated countries invite millions of Christians to move there to govern their countries?

No, it is bad for the economy. Watch the Gumball video to find out why, incase anyone cannot watch here is the link.

I don't see how that argument explains how it is bad for the country to give workers rights.

We're not talking about reducing world poverty, but giving rights to people who are already working in the US.

I was thinking strawman also.

... with a side of red herring.

How can allowing 1000s of abjectly poor people to enter this country without control make this country better? It will require insanely high taxes to provide homes, food, basic necessities medical care etc. Do you want to pay double the taxes you are now paying to support Biden's refugees.
Printing more money does not work. See Argentina they printed so much money it became worthless

They're already working in the US, so it would be a Christian thing to do, to ensure they are given rights. The only way rights are possible is if the workers have a legal status.

Even the old testament said you should have one law for those in the country and those who are visiting - but nobody does that - so making them legal is the first step in ensuring fair treatment.

I did not highlight my point, that is true.

Point in case, it will encourage it. Why wouldn't it.

And those who flat out refused to watch the video:

Everyone who enters a house without being invited or permission is a criminal. Hint: the house is a country.
