I guess the Governor of NY was lying then as he said the nursing homes didn't have enough to save the elders.
In AZ they were 100's short when the VP came and said they supplied thousands, PFFFT.

Everything I'm seeing says the Assistant Director of the AZ Dept, Jessica Rigler, was never worried about the number of ventilators in AZ. They were more concerned with the number of hospital beds, which never turned out to be a problem state wide.

This President and his supporters may be in denial, but the reality is that Trump desperately needs these debates - Biden not so much!

I don't believe a word of that. But let's comment on what you've said...Biden doesn't need the debates. So what? He therefore doesn't do them? It's not a matter as to whether he can win an election the issue is that you go forth and be up front with the nation letting them see how well you can articulate issues.

Based on the polls that have remained relatively unchanged throughout the summer, Its the Biden Campaign that is in a position to dictate the terms of the debates because their candidate is already doing well, even in traditional Republican jurisdictions, without them!

Again what's this supposed to mean?

Like COVID-19, Trump and his supporters think that the debates will provide some "miracle" cure for his campaign - after 4 years, most Americans had already made up their mind about this President and that was locked-in long before Biden even became the Democratic candidate!

Sorry but if you don't think Trump has every opportunity to win this election big time you're dreaming in technicolor.

As was the case with Carter, Reagan, Clinton, GW Bush and Obama, voters in n 2016 were prepared to take a chance on a relatively unknown presidential candidate and hope for the best - fast forward to 2020 and this President is now the incumbent with a 4 year track record, this time the electorate knows exactly what they're getting!

so Biden's "handlers" aren't wanting to pull him out of the debates and and this is just another lie the president it telling.

Real Clear politics puts Biden ahead of Trum by more than 7 points which is about where he's been for the last several months.

Arizona Biden is up by 8
Michigan Biden is up by 9
Florida Biden is up by 5
North Carolina Biden is up by 5
Virginia Biden is up by 12
Wisconsin Biden is up by 8

Look at the most accurate 2016 poll, which is Rasmussen. Trump is up by 1 in Wisconsin. He's not going to lose NC, Ohio, Georgia, or Texas. All he has to do is win Florida and he gets a second term. He's only down in Florida by 3 points and since Biden is currently slipping, that will most likely change soon.

Wouldn't all those retirees from the WWII era want to go out and show those punks a thing or two? Surely they wouldn't be swayed by a riots and looting to vote for Trump?
