Bible verses on a church leader's sin

What are the Bible verses (instructions or episodes) related on how to handle the church leader's (e.g., senior pastor) sin "repeatedly and intentionally" done against his own congregation? (Don't mention Matt 18, which is on the sin done against an individual brother)

I guess you could point to 1 Timothy 3:1-7

Though I think it's an area we need to tread very carefully in. It's difficult to say without knowing anything about the situation. Prayer for peace and unity is probably the best solution
