It is a shame that the Kool-Aid drinkers want to blame people that are prosperous, and the blacks want to blame the white man! It is not just in the hood, I see the same thing on the rez. By the time a girl is 18teen she will have three four or sometimes five children by different fathers that pay no child support.
They often drop out on school and live off the Government.

Dems-->Reps.
Have nots-->haves.
People need to take responsibility of their life, know that all the bad choices(easy paths) tend to lead to their current problems.
Not working harder to accomplish something will anchor you to small achievements or even failures.
You are a "have not" because you didn't get an education, not because some Have didn't share with you.
You are a "have not" because you didn't save alittle for hard times when you had extra. Not because some "have" didn't want to share.
Just because you didn't sacrifice before, doesn't mean that someone that did, should share their rewards for the sacrifices they made with you now.
It all comes down to personal responsibility.
Racism does happen. But it is used as a cop out of responsibility alot more then it will actually prevent you from succeeding.
"If the man* will keep you down, why even try to get up?"
How about taking the attitude, "if the man* try to keep me down he's gonna have to pay a large price to try?"
*man=richman, whiteman, G-man, woman, anyone that you think is trying to hold you back, is this "man".
