White Christmas (sorry, I'm a sucker for it )
sisters, sisters
there were never such devoted sisters
never had to have a chaperone, no sir
im here to keep my eye on her
caring, sharing
every little thing that we are wearing
when a certain gentleman arrives from Rome
she wore the dress and i stayed home
all kinds of weather
we stick together
the same in the rain or sun
two different faces
but in tight places
we think and we act as one... uh-huh
those who've seen us
know that not a thing could come between us
many men have tried to split us up but no one can
lord help the mister
who comes between me and my sister
and lord help the sister who comes between me and my man
sister
sister
sister dont come between me and my man
I watched it a year or so ago - what a great movie and what a cast!currently airing on TCM (Turner Classic Movies)
12 Angry Men - such a good movie and truly ahead of its time (one of the first "social conscience" themed movies) - unbelievably talented cast.
This was one of the most beautiful movies I've watched and the subject was really interesting. I'm looking forward to owning it!Just saw a commercial for this (being released on DVD soon)

I haven't seen it - but my folks have and they both said it was one of the best movies they've seen in years and years.
Just watched Miller's Crossing, Coen Brothers movie, it's pretty violent but it was really good. I love Oh, Brother Where Art Thou?Just saw No Country for Old Men. Wow. If you like Coen brothers movies, you'll love it. If you don't, you'll likely hate it. Tommy Lee Jones is great.
I'm one of 4 daughters - my sisters and I used to walk around singing:
we were darn good too!
seriously - it isn't unusual for me to watch White Christmas 3 or 4 times every year.
