The creed says Jesus was begotten not made.Yet the scripture says Jesus was MADE in the likeness of men. Philippians 2:7

Jesus was and is that Spirit of God incarnate and manifest in the flesh. Jesus is the Father visible, the Father is Jesus invisible. Jesus is the image of the invisible God, not the image of the invisible Son, since there is no such thing as an invisible Son.
The Holy Spirit is a Person, and Jesus was begotten of the father, not of Himself!

Was the Holy Spirit the Father of Jesus or was the Father the Father of Jesus?
The bible says that which is conceived in Mary was of the Holy Ghost. Also says the Holy Ghost overshadowed Mary. So is the Holy Ghost the Father since She was conceived of the Holy Ghost? One God One Spirit not three

The Son of God was made in the likeness of men about 2019 years ago but He existed in the beginning.

Jesus in His Nature of God is eternally God, while Jesus in His Humanity was born as Jesus of Nazareth...

Nope, the Holy Ghost conceived the second person of the Godhead, but neither Jesus or the Spirit are the Father!
And since the Spirit was there as a person, He is not Jesus!

Before His physical birth, was eternally God, and now is the God/Man!
You just described my position. Jesus was eternally God, not eternally Son.
Son implies a conception and birth, which is why Jesus was begotten as the Son.

In what manner form or way was Jesus in the beginning?
Don't know, don't care. If it was important for us to know God would have clearly spelled it out in scripture.
John 1:1
(1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14
Before the beginning the Logos already existed.
(14) And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 17:5
(5) And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
And the Logos was aware of the glory He had with the father before the beginning.

Philippians 2:7 says that Christ became human, ἐν ὁμοιώματι ἀνθρώπων γενόμενος, "in the form of humanity [He] became."

When the Creed says of Christ, γεννηθέντα οὐ ποιηθέντα, "begotten, not created", it means Jesus Christ is not a creature, His generation from the Father is not an act of creation, but an act of begetting. The Son is begotten of the Father, the Son was not created by the Father.

It's the difference between, "I was made a police sergeant" and "I made a painting." Ginnomai, "become", poieo, "create".

The Logos, the only-begotten and eternal Son of the Father. As very God of God, begotten of the Father from all eternity. This is the One who was in the beginning with the Father, being in the Father's bosom, εἰς τὸν κόλπον τοῦ πατρὸς (John 1:18). There was never a time He was not, for He always was and is. This same One became flesh, ὁ λόγος σὰρξ ἐγένετο (John 1:14) there's that word again--became. The Word became flesh; that One who was in the beginning with God His Father and is Himself truly God became flesh and inhabited in our midst with us, ἐσκήνωσεν ἐν ἡμῖν. Thus God, the only-begotten Son and Word of the Father, became human, lived among us as one of us.

Per Isaiah, Unto us a Son given, unto us a child is now born!

The Eternal God known as the Word, the Son, he became human flesh and dwelt among us, but still had the Father in Heaven, and the Holy Spirit operating here on Earth!
