I wrote this poem to express how much I enjoy nature. The Lord's amazing work that He has done with this earth is incredible. What a glorious habitat He has given to us to live in!

The earth is the Lord's,
It has been crafted perfectly.
He laid down the foundations,
He measured it out to the last degree.

Around me, surrounding are mountains.
Lush green hills and fertile valley floors.
Deep beneath the surface are reservoirs,
Water which springs from below into fountains.

What a brilliant God we serve,
He is excellent in His creative craft.
Look around and witness the glory of the Lord,
He has founded the earth through His science and math.

Magnificent oceans cover the earth's surface,
Beneath which lies scores of wild fish and God's creatures.
All sorts of whales, squids and various types of fish.
The colors of the rainbow are on full display.

The brilliant reds and yellows and blues dazzle,
And the creations below the water are special.
We can witness God's glory in the waters of the earth.
Why, look at all the wildlife flourishing.

What a beautiful God we serve,
He is creative in all that He does.
I look around and witness the glory of the Lord,
The earth has been founded with tears, sweat, and blood.

Deep beneath the surface of the earth,
Storehouses of magma lie in wait beneath the ground.
Rolling and roaring and boiling and churning,
The rock below is constantly in a state of burning.

The lava reaches the surface and comes spewing out,
From the mouth of volcanoes of all sorts of formations,
The sound of the eruption, louder than any shout.
The earth trembles and quakes, and the mountains shake as the might of the Lord is on display.

What a powerful God we serve,
He is mighty in all of His works.
Look around and tremble at the might of God,
The earth belongs to God; behold his landmarks.

What a mighty God who is above us all,
Who creates the mountains; large, and tall.
What a beautiful Lord who created all that we see,
From the calderas of fire to the large and open sea.

I hope you enjoyed my poem. God bless you.
