Beauty For Ashes

How do we find beauty for ashes?

But isn't that an interesting way to put it, the Master's specialty? Retrieving an abject failure and creating an integral member of His team, the body of Christ.

i LOVE how God raises beauty from ashes.

'To all who mourn in Israel,He will give a crown of beauty for ashes,a joyous blessing instead of mourning,festive praise,instead of despair. In their righteousness they will be like great oaks that the LORD has planted for His own glory' (Isaiah 61:3)

He gives me joy in place of sorrow. He gives me love that casts out fear. He gives me sunshine for my shadow and 'beauty for ashes' here'

'Something beautiful,something good,all my confusion He understood. All I had to offer Him was brokenness and strife,but He made something beautiful of my life'

'I sing the love of God,my Father,whose Spirit abides within. Who changes all my grief to gladness and pardons me all my sin. Though clouds may lower dark and dreary,yet He has promised to be near. He gives me sunshine for my shadow and 'beauty for ashes' here'
