Although that's kind of debatable isn't it? Reflecting on how the reformers defined a true church as displaying the three marks:

1.) Right preaching of the pure gospel
2.) Administration of the sacraments
3.) Proper exercise of church discipline

When you take a "church" like Northpoint and line it up to this standard, I don't think it fares very well.
