Baptists and racism?

that is taking scripture out of context again and applying it to something that it shouldnt.

hhhmmm, I don't know about that. There are people I know that I don't really love but I definitly don't hate them.

God dosent see color he sees a mans heart and Christians everywhere Should be accepted in all Churches. If a church wont let a type of person in the church then they dont listen to the bible Because the bible says preach to all nations and all people ! I go to a baptist Church and its great in love my pastors sermons. But unfortanlity the youth r not in love with God. And i went a couple times to a youth program at an assembaly of God church and the youth was filled with God. I hope that baptist Youth stop being so worldly.

This not making a judgement on all Baptists, but jsut a strong trend i have noticed. Why is it that there seems to be so much mroe racism in the baptist denomination. Ive lived all over the US and have attended many churches of many denominations and it seems like baptists have a much greater problem with this. I attend a baptist church and am a leader at the baptist collegiate ministries at UF and it is a problem that is very evident to me here. It really makes me mad. Im not black so it isnt like its being directed towards me.

I have not seen any racism in my baptist Churchs i went to which is alot but that may have to do with that i live in California And i lived in Canada.
