Automatic or Manual?

What do you drive?

  • I drive an automatic.

  • I drive a manual (stick shift).

  • I drive one of those automatic hybrids (default is automatic, but I can still switch gears myself).

The cars I'm driving are automatics...and honestly, I'd rather stick to auto. Manual seems a bit too complicated to me (like, I don't think I'm coordinated enough to work it), but my kid bro just bought his 1st car (a manual) and said I could use it to learn. I figure I'll learn it and see how I like it...but as of right now, I'm liking my automatic.

I drive automatic. I would like to learn how to drive stick, but I can barely drive automatic without almost getting in an accident. I can only imagine how much more concentration and coordination it would take to drive a stick shift. :eek: I'd probably either brake the car or myself. :p
