Attorney General Bill Barr accused congressional Democrats Friday of “using every tool” to “sabotage” the Trump administration by setting a “dangerous” precedent in implying that the government is illegitimate.

Attorney General Bill Barr accused congressional Democrats Friday of “using every tool” to “sabotage” the Trump administration by setting a “dangerous” precedent in implying that the government is illegitimate.

This needs to be sent to Barr so he can look into it, repeat the accusations of using every tool to sabotage the country & setting a dangerous precedent, and it will actually be true to the person he's saying it to.

Trump has asked Barr to make these kinds of "self-serving" public announcements in the past so the Attorney General is literally speaking to an audience of 1!

Given this Attorney General's partisan efforts on behalf of the President, he has lost all moral authority to be taken seriously!

Donald likes to change the meaning of words, making them his own.

So in Donald speak, honest means telling Donald what Donald wants to hear. Bob is right that in Donald speak, Barr is honest!

For now. Donald was real proud of himself to bring Sessions on board. Proud to have not listened to all the folks who told him not to. Well that didn't work out so well.

Barr's handling of the Mueller Report and immersing himself in an "investigating the investigators" scheme to satisfy the whims of this President have effectively destroyed any illusions that this Attorney General was committed to administering justice independent of White House interference!

The sad reality is that after 3 years, all the adults in the room have been shown the door and there is now nobody still serving in the Trump Administration that has the moral authority to be taken seriously!

There are impeachment proceedings on the House floor, and Barr is accusing Democrats of sabotage. What exactly is the expected response here? A denial?

And I fail to see who.is implying this government is illegitimate. Has that not been straight up said openly since day one?

Why is there a "deafening silence" from the Attorney General when it comes to this President ordering members of the Executive to ignore congressional subpoenas for the House committees?

Lmbo. Another older fellow on this forum who is a fierce defender of Trump pushed for a letter writing campaign to push Pelosi to start impeachment proceedings. He wasn't alone. Lots of folks in Donald's base pushed for it.
