I Have a Nervous (Panic) Disorder and Can’t Attend Church

Website post I found about attending church with anxiety and panic disorders etc

Although I am nervous about church I wouldn't say I am in the extremes of a panic disorder. I thought this might help some people who are though.

Never let them see you sweat in church. The other Christians might misconstrue that as being on the verge of getting saved which could attract attention. In the summer sit near a vent.
