I find it hilarious that she was apparently so ignorant of the law that she accidentally broke it (she video tapped herself cutting off the barrel, which would make it illegal).

That's the funny thing about these brain-dead zero-tolerance laws: she may still be guilty for doing it at all. I don't think she should be charged, obviously, but it is amusing how these anti-gun types' ignorance of both guns and the laws governing them repeatedly end up biting them in the keister.
