This is just like the case of the slogan T-shirts. A law needs to be in place that businesses can reject customer asked for slogans and not be made to print anything they don't wish. This should go both-all ways too. No business should be put in the position of going against its owner's moral or religious principles.

Note that the cake has a message advocating gay marriage. In my opinion in the US a baker could refuse to make it. It would be forced speech. This is not the same as the case in Colorado. Europe, however, may well have its own standards.
