Hi AryehJ - never heard of roasting radishes before. Do yours, when eaten raw, have much 'bite' in them. I remember radishes (looking like the ones in your photo) that used to make your eyes water they had so much kick in the taste. Nowadays they all seem too mild.

My second radish harvest of the year. The first one was last week, much smaller and not very photogenic. There are about 500 more that will be ready to pick over the coming days. This was not the complete amount, just the best looking ones. I also found out the taste pretty good roasted.

This reminds me of radishes I pulled once. It was so easy it was fun. How big did these get to be?

Thanks for your reply! The ones I picked hadn't grown well enough because of their surroundings. (2-3"x3/4")

Well, I found out last week that every picture I have uploaded with my semi new Samsung Galaxy 8 from since April has had the GPS coordinates to my house, kitchen, garden and every other place around me. Creepy

Hence, the missing posts.
