Nyj, the problem that I see is that there are simple issues that are causing a lot of frustrations. Polls need to be single topic, easy to understand, public, and binding. At the moment there are two polls to help define voting and one to help define membership. These simple polls can help alleviate a lot of frustration.
BTW- I am tired of polls so I voted yes in your POLL.

As far as I can tell, I'm not mistaking it for another poll.

There was the first one about binding that was done incorrectly. That was quickly closed, and another one ("Take 2") was started - and that's the one that was just closed now.

I haven't seen any other polls about binding than those two.

Stick to one issue, table the rest. Actually, let's find out what THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE IS, and then work on that for awhile.

They saw that I asked for the 1st one to be closed and one supervisor closed that one and the othr supervisor then closed the othr because he only saw that one open even though that was the one that was fixed ...

Out of keen interest, is this poll, perchance, binding? It should be. It really should be. It needs to bind people from polling.

Well, it may have started as a being a bit facetious, but it does show that people are getting sick of the entire process. I think we could easily hammer out the details inside of the WIKI without voting, and then put it up to a vote. If people pass it overwhelmingly (2/3 majority for example), then that would be it.

If people have problems with a single issue, it could be discussed in the WIKI, not brought to a poll.
