Soul of Christ, sanctify me;
Body of Christ, save me;
Blood of Christ, inebriate me;
Water from the side of Christ, wash me;
Passion of Christ, strengthen me;
O good Jesus hear me;
Within your wounds hide me;
separated from you, let me never be;
From the evil one protect me;
At the hour of my death, call me;
And close to you bid me; That with your saints,
I may be praising you forever and ever.

Amen.

I'm not a good person either so I seek refugee in the wounds of my savior.

Two things:
1.
I give Stewardship talks after Communion occasionally so that forces me to do a lot of research. Both JPII and Benedict talk about “constant conversion” which basically means we’re never good enough. We’ve never “made it” as Catholics. We should always be looking for new ways to help people, improve ourselves, etc. So even if we think that despite our faults, we’re good people, we’re not good enough. So, no relaxing, rather constant trying to improve.
2.
Somewhere I read that God doesn’t just want good people, He wants people that do good.

Oh me oh my, this makes me feel sooo bad.

Loved it. At the end, past the main video, in a later ad for the site, among one of of several brief clip interviews on the sidewalk, one person makes a freudian slip and says "For God so loved the world He gave His only forgotten Son...". Isn't that sorta true though, that so many have forgotten what has been done for them?....
