are the 10 kings described in daniel the 10 kings of the current euro countries?

Does this fulfill this particular prophecy? I cant see the euro nations being the ones described, cuz currently there are 12 nations. it speaks of 10 kings, 1 rising up and conquering 3... that means that 2 would have to be wiped out.. leaving ten.. then one would have to rise up and conquer 3.... does it not?... i dono check out this link, its got quite a bit of info on this topic, christs second coming and such.

Currently there are 15 members of the European Union. 12 have gone to the euro, and three have decided not to join them yet.The twelve are : Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
The three that didn't coin the "euro" are : Britain, Denmark and Sweden.
